I won't accept the commission if it has to include symbols or reference to the festivity itself, like a "Happy Birthday!" text, or characters wearing a Christmas hat and similiar. I will accept it if you wish to commission a drawing to gift to your friend or partner/etc. for the occasion!ᯓ★ CLIENT
⋆ If you, as the client, are planning to repost the commissioned artwork, credit the artist and/or don't remove my signature.
⋆ you may not claim my work as your own.
⋆ you may only use the artwork for personal use, commercial use is to be discussed beforehand.
⋆ You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.
⋆ You may not use the commissioned drawing to feed it to AI or use it in any project that includes AI.ᯓ★ COMMERCIAL USE
⋆ If you wish to order a commission for commercial use, be aware that the price will increase at least of 100% or 200% of the original price based on what you're asking for. I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
⋆ The following cases are considered commercial use: reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (ex. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).
⋆ If you commission me on VGEN please select the licence you need in advance, you can find it when you create a proposal on VGEN!ᯓ★ COPYRIGHT
⋆ I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. My signature, even if smaller sized, will remain visible.
⋆ I retain all copyright over my work.ᯓ★ ORDERING
⋆ To commission me you can either contact me via instagram dm, or via vgen, vgen is my preferred method at the moment! When an order is taken via instagram, i will need your email to send a paypal invoice to.
⋆ It's preferable if you send me a visual reference ( the more the better ) of what i'll have to draw, i'm not 100% comfortable drawing from just a written reference because of the risk of messing it up ahaha, but I can try!
⋆ As the artist I have the right to refuse a commission. ( If you paid for it and I can't even start working on it you will be refunded of course!)
⋆ You can ask for a different special type of commission, for this we can decide on a price (i have to agree to it).ᯓ★ PAYMENT
⋆ I will send the finished artwork only after payment.
⋆ My currently is EURO €, VGen automatically converts your currency, but if you commission me via other methods please care for the currency difference!
⋆ I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
⋆ I only accept full payment first.ᯓ★ REFUNDS
⋆ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started the sketch.
⋆ Once the commission is finished i won't accept refunds.ᯓ★ WORK SPEED / DEADLINES
⋆ You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.
⋆ I have the right to decline a project if the deadline is too close or if I feel like I can't make it in time.
⋆ No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, If I do take much time something is probably taking my time, such as life problems.
⋆ You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.ᯓ★ FEEDBACK
⋆ I will send WIP (‘work in progress’) images.
⋆ I will send a WIP for the Sketch so you can request eventual changes, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time (after payment of course!).
⋆ Major revisions can be made ONLY during the sketching phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments can be made afterwards.
⋆ Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me. If no suggestions are requested the client is held responsible for dissatisfaction with incorrect details.
⋆ Color corrections will be made free of charge.
⋆ Any major changes to the character or subject will be subject to a only digit fee based on what kind of change it is.
⋆ After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed!
⋆ I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.ᯓ★ FINAL PRODUCT
⋆ There may be slight differences between previous work and the illustration you will receive since I'm still improving my art.
⋆ Credit to me is required when you post or use it on another platform. No need to credit me if you use it as a profile icon (but credit is appreciated! <3).
⋆ You as the Client are responsible for saving any files I give you. I won't voluntary delete any artwork I make, so if you lose your files you can still try asking me but I can't guarantee to still be having them! I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.

Se l'ordine viene effettuato tramite Instagram, avrò bisogno del vostro indirizzo email per inviarvi la fattura PayPal.⋆ È preferibile che tu mi mandi un riferimento visivo (più ce n'è, meglio è) di ciò che dovrò disegnare. Non mi sento completamente a mio agio a disegnare solo da un riferimento scritto, per il rischio di combinare pasticci, ahaha, ma posso provarci!⋆ In qualità di artista, mi riservo il diritto di rifiutare una commissione. ⋆ Invierò immagini WIP (Work in Progress, ovvero "lavoro in corso").⋆ Invierò un'immagine WIP dello schizzo in modo che tu possa richiedere eventuali modifiche, ma sei liber@ di richiederla in qualsiasi momento (dopo il pagamento, ovviamente!).⋆ Le revisioni sostanziali possono essere apportate SOLO durante la fase di schizzo. Solo piccole modifiche possono essere apportate successivamente.⋆ Ogni volta che invio un'immagine WIP a un cliente, chiedo un feedback. Se non vengono richiesti suggerimenti, il cliente è ritenuto responsabile di eventuali insoddisfazioni dovute a dettagli errati.⋆ Le correzioni del colore saranno gratuite.⋆ Qualsiasi modifica sostanziale al personaggio o al soggetto sarà soggetta a un piccolo supplemento in base alla natura della modifica.⋆ Dopo il completamento dell'ordine, sono consentite piccole modifiche come aggiustamenti di colore!⋆ Non ridisegnerò un'illustrazione già completata a meno che non venga ricevuto il pagamento per un secondo ordine.ᯓ★ PRODOTTO FINALE
⋆ Potrebbero esserci lievi differenze tra i lavori precedenti e l'illustrazione che riceverete, poiché sto ancora perfezionando la mia tecnica.⋆ È obbligatorio citarmi quando pubblicate o utilizzate l'illustrazione su altre piattaforme. Non è necessario citarmi se la usate come icona del profilo (ma il riconoscimento è comunque apprezzato! <3).⋆ In qualità di cliente, siete responsabili della conservazione di tutti i file che vi fornisco. Non cancellerò volontariamente alcuna opera d'arte che creo, quindi se perdete i vostri file potete comunque provare a contattarmi, ma non posso garantire di averli ancora! Non posso garantire contro guasti al computer, cancellazioni accidentali o smarrimento.
